目的分析克拉玛依市部分公共服务行业2010-2011年度卫生监测结果数据,了解和掌握存在的卫生问题,明确今后公共服务行业卫生监督管理的重点。方法依照GB/T18204-2000《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》对克拉玛依市部分宾馆、美容和美发店进行监督采样监测和卫生学评价。结果克拉玛依市公共服务行业总体卫生合格率为62.61%。其中美发行业、旅店业和美容业合格率分别为70.59%、59.26%和47.76%。不同监测项目中,理发用具和口杯卫生合格率较高,分别为92.84%和92.00%;毛巾、浴巾和枕巾、床单、被套合格率较低,分别为78.21%和76.24%;拖鞋合格率最低,仅为48.15%。结论克拉玛依市公共服务行业总体卫生情况一般,各级卫生监督部门需要继续加大监督检查力度,为当地居民和游客创建一个健康卫生的公共服务环境。
Objective To analyze the data of health monitoring results of some public service industries in Karamay from 2010 to 2011 to understand and master the existing health problems and to clarify the focus of public health supervision and management in the public service industry in the future. Methods According to GB / T18204-2000 “public places health standards test method” Karamay city part of the hotel, beauty and hairdressing salon supervision and sampling monitoring and hygiene evaluation. Results Karamay city public service industry overall health pass rate was 62.61%. Including hairdressing industry, hotel industry and beauty industry pass rates were 70.59%, 59.26% and 47.76%. Among the different monitoring items, the qualified rate of hair dressing appliances and beakers was 92.84% and 92.00% respectively. The passing rates of towels, bath towels, pillowcases, bed sheets and quilts were low, which were 78.21% and 76.24% respectively; the lowest passing rate of slippers , Only 48.15%. Conclusion The public health services in Karamay City have a general health situation. Health supervision departments at all levels need to continue to increase supervision and inspection so as to create a healthy public health service environment for local residents and tourists.
