目的 观察甲状腺、肺和大肠等多种上皮性组织和肿瘤中ER和PR的表达状况。方法 5 7例甲状腺、肺、大肠的正常和肿瘤标本 ,采用免疫组化染色 ,进行对比分析。结果 (1)ER和PR在正常支气管、肺、大肠粘膜和结甲的上皮细胞内有较弱表达。 (2 )在甲状腺癌、肺癌和结肠癌中ER有强表达 ,而PR表达较弱。 (3)阳性信号都位于细胞核内。结论 ER和PR在甲状腺、肺、大肠等多种“非性激素靶器官”的正常和肿瘤组织中都有表达 ,且表达部位与“靶器官”相似 ,这为肿瘤的激素治疗提供了一条新的思路。
Objective To observe the expression of ER and PR in many epithelial tissues and tumors such as thyroid, lung and colon. Methods Totally 5 normal and tumor samples of thyroid, lung and large intestine were analyzed by immunohistochemistry and comparative analysis. Results (1) ER and PR were weakly expressed in epithelial cells of normal bronchus, lung, large intestine mucosa and tuberculosis. (2) ER is strongly expressed in thyroid cancer, lung cancer and colon cancer, while PR expression is weak. (3) positive signals are located in the nucleus. Conclusions ER and PR are expressed in normal and tumor tissues of many kinds of “non-sex hormone target organs” such as thyroid, lung and large intestine, and their expression sites are similar to “target organs”, which provides a new Ideas.
