目的了解养老院消毒效果。方法空气用营养琼脂平板暴露法检测;餐具表面、环境物体表面、工作人员手采样均以浸湿无菌生理盐水的棉签涂抹25cm2,按《托幼机构环境、空气、物体表面卫生标准》(DB31/8-2004)进行检测评价。结果总合格率为89.86%,一、二、三季度合格率分别是94.31%、77.61%、91.67%,一、三季度合格率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.59,P>0.05),但分别于第二季度的合格率(77.61%)相比差异均有统计学意义(χ2=10.20,P<0.01;χ2=5.33,P<0.05)。检测项目中,总合格率由高到低是室内空气(100.00%)、环境物体表面(93.42%)、餐具表面(91.47%)、工作人员手(74.47%),在29件阳性物品中,手占44.83%,环境物体表面占37.93%,餐饮具表面占17.24%,均检测到大肠菌群、金黄色葡萄球菌。结论应尽快制订针对养老院传染病(院内感染)的管理和消毒管理办法,加强消毒专业知识培训,重点抓好手和环境物体表面的消毒,保护老年人群的身心健康。
Objective To understand the effect of nursing home disinfection. Methods The air was detected by nutrient agar plate exposure method. The surface of dishes, the surface of environmental objects and the staffs’ hands were all swabbed with 25cm2 cotton swabs soaked in sterile saline solution. According to the health standards of environment, air and objects on nurseries (DB31 / 8-2004) for testing and evaluation. Results The total pass rate was 89.86%. The passing rates in the first, second and third quarters were 94.31%, 77.61% and 91.67% respectively. There was no significant difference in the first and third quarters (χ2 = 0.59, P> 0.05) The difference was statistically significant in the second quarter (77.61%) (χ2 = 10.20, P <0.01; χ2 = 5.33, P <0.05). Among the testing items, the total pass rate is from high to low indoor air (100.00%), environmental object surface (93.42%), tableware surface (91.47%), staff hand (74.47%), Accounting for 44.83%, the surface of environmental objects accounted for 37.93%, tableware surface accounted for 17.24%, were detected coliform bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus. Conclusion Management and disinfection management methods for infectious diseases (nosocomial infections) in nursing homes should be formulated as soon as possible. Training on disinfection expertise should be strengthened. The disinfection of the surfaces of hands and environmental objects should be focused on, and the physical and mental health of the elderly should be protected.
