目的了解大庆市25～60岁油田职工幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染情况。方法对2009-10-2010-08来大庆油田总医院进行体检的7 832名油田职工行14 C呼吸实验,并对家庭及生活习惯等进行调查。结果 Hp总感染率为42.52%,男女感染率及对应各年龄组间比较差异无统计学意义,各年龄组感染率差异有统计学意义。结论大庆油田职工Hp的感染率约为42%,生活和饮食习惯及生活压力为影响其感染的主要因素。
Objective To understand the prevalence of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection in oil fields of 25 ~ 60 years old in Daqing city. Methods A total of 14 8 respiratory tests were conducted among 7 832 oilfield workers who came to Daqing Oilfield General Hospital from October 2009 to October 2010 to investigate their family and living habits. Results The overall infection rate of Hp was 42.52%. There was no significant difference between male and female infection rates and the corresponding age groups. The infection rates in all age groups were statistically significant. Conclusion The infection rate of Hp in Daqing Oilfield is about 42%. Life and eating habits and life stress are the main factors affecting the infection.
