有研究表明,无论是精致的糖果,还是天然存在于水果及果汁中的糖以及淀粉类食物都具有致龋性。那么,哪些食物能抗龋呢?奶与奶制品众所周知,这类食物富含钙和磷,它既可以促进牙体硬组织的康复,又可抑制细菌性酸化,从而有效地保护牙齿。此外,奶中所含有的其他成分如免疫球蛋白、维生素、蛋白质和酶等物质能促进钙、磷的吸收,并且抑制口腔中微生物的生长。因此,这类食品有利于抗龋。
