自改革开放以来,我国国有企业整体发展迅速,这离不开老一辈人的奋斗努力。但是随着时代的发展,他们在思想政治、技术创新等方面就追不上时代的脚步了。本文通过对国有企业在职老员工现状的分析,探究解决这一现象的对策。希望国有企业发挥老员工的优势,继续为我国各项事业发展做贡献。
Since the reform and opening up, the overall rapid development of China’s state-owned enterprises can not be achieved without the hard work of the older generation. However, with the development of the times, they can not catch up with the times in terms of ideological politics and technological innovation. This article analyzes the status quo of state-owned enterprises in working staff, explore solutions to this phenomenon. We hope that the state-owned enterprises will make full use of the advantages of the old employees and continue to make contributions to the development of all fields in our country.
