目的:探讨在测量 Goldmann 眼压的过程中如何避免人为因素造成的误差,通过正确的方法得到最为准确的 Goldmann 眼压值。方法:利用裂隙灯照到角膜表面的反光,折射到 Goldmann 眼压计棱镜压平头的光圈,通过目镜的观察反光折射在 Goldmann 眼压计棱镜的光环的变化来判断 Goldmann 眼压计的棱镜头和角膜表面的距离,然后,较好地接触角膜,压平角膜较为平坦的表面7.354平方毫米而得到正确的Goldmann 眼压值。常规的方法是用肉眼观察 Gold-mann 眼压计棱镜压平头快要接触角膜前角膜缘反光发亮,才开始调试,测量。而用角膜表面反光的变化的方法在没有接触角膜表面前就开始调试,才测量。随机选取30个例,用两种方法测量的结果进行比较分析。结果:用配对计量资料比较的 t 检验方法,得出两种方法对右眼眼压的测量无显著性差异(P>0.25),而对左眼眼压的测量有显著性差异(P 为0.0025~0.001),用肉眼看角膜缘反光发亮法比用目镜看角膜表面反光变化法所得的结果偏高。结论:用目镜看角膜表面反光变化方法来测量优点多,准确性高,在没有接触角膜表面前就开始调试,比较不会轻易擦伤角膜。
Objective: To explore how to avoid the error caused by human factors during the measurement of Goldmann intraocular pressure, and get the most accurate Goldmann intraocular pressure value by the correct method. Methods: The slit lamp was used to illuminate the corneal surface and refracted to the aperture of the Goldmann tonometer prism flatting head. The change of aura of the Goldmann tonometer prism was observed through the eyepiece to observe the refraction of the prism of the Goldmann tonometer. Corneal surface distance, then, better contact with the cornea, flatten the surface of the cornea flat 7.354 mm2 and get the correct Goldmann intraocular pressure value. The conventional method is to use the naked eye to observe Gold-mann tonometer Prism flathead contact corneal limbal corneal reflective shiny, began to debug, measurement. However, the method of changing the reflectance of the corneal surface begins to measure without touching the corneal surface. Thirty cases were selected randomly, and the results of two methods were compared and analyzed. Results: Using the t-test method of paired measurement data, it was concluded that there was no significant difference (P> 0.25) between the two methods in the measurement of intraocular pressure of the right eye and significant difference in the intraocular pressure of the left eye (P = 0.0025 ~ 0.001), with the naked eye to see the limbal reflex hair method to look at the corneal surface with the eyepiece to reflect the results obtained higher. CONCLUSIONS: There are many advantages to using eyepiece to observe the change of corneal surface reflectivity. The method has the advantages of high accuracy and high accuracy. Before the corneal surface is contacted, the test is started, and the cornea is not easily scratched.
