三峡工程大江截流是一、二期工程的转折点 ,平抛垫底是确保大江安全截流的重要举措。由于戗堤部位平抛石渣料、围堰防渗墙区平抛砂砾石料数量巨大 ,需在 1997年汛前抛投一部分 ,因此存在安全渡汛问题。从现场实际情况出发 ,运用动、定床模型试验 ,并从理论上加以分析论证 ,提出了付诸工程实践的高低坎渡汛保护措施 ,得到了较好的原型验证效果
The closure of the Three Gorges Project is the turning point of the first and second phases of the project. The bottoming out of the Three Gorges Project is an important measure to ensure the safe river closure. Due to the flat puddled slag at the embankment site, the amount of sand piled by sandstone in the cofferdam impervious wall area is quite large and needs to be thrown away before the flood season in 1997, so there is a problem of safe flood-crossing. Based on the actual situation in the field, using the dynamic and fixed-bed model tests, and theoretically analyzed and argued, the paper put forward the protective measures for high and low flood conditions that have been put into engineering practice and obtained good prototype verification results
