小流域暴雨洪水计算,是铁路桥涵孔径、小型水利水电工程、以及山区厂矿排水建筑物设计的重要依据,而暴雨洪水计算方法的精度主要取决于参数的综合与分析。本文通过上千场室内模型试验资料和几百场天然暴雨洪水观测资料,对铁路四个设计院暴雨洪水计算公式中的参数进行了分析与综合,得到一套既有理论基础,又有实用价值的统一参数值。
The calculation of rainstorm and flood in small watershed is an important basis for the design of railway bridges and culverts, small water conservancy and hydropower projects, and the design of drainage structures in factories and mines in mountainous areas. The precision of storm flood calculation method mainly depends on the synthesis and analysis of parameters. Based on thousands of indoor model test data and hundreds of natural storm flood observation data, this paper analyzes and synthesizes the parameters of storm flood and flood calculation formula in the four design institutes of railway, and obtains a set of existing theoretical basis and practical value The uniform parameter value.
