21世纪的滨海城市将面临新的挑战和机遇,其可持续性城市规划的理念、方法和内涵也将随之产生调整与拓展,青岛西海岸新区作为新生代滨海城市的代表,必须紧跟时代的脚步。着眼于西海岸新区滨海大道沿岸城市规划领域的新特点和趋势,结合青岛现有的岸线规划与旅游业发展现状,试图构建起较为系统的滨海大道两岸城市规划及旅游资源创意设计的理论框架与实际实施手法。
The 21st century coastal city will face new challenges and opportunities. The concept, method and connotation of sustainable urban planning will also be adjusted and expanded accordingly. As a representative of the Cenozoic coastal city, Qingdao West Coast New Area must keep pace with the times pace. Focusing on the new features and trends in the urban planning along the coast of Binhai New Area in the West Coast, and combining with the present status quo of Qingdao’s coastline planning and tourism development, this paper attempts to establish a systematic theoretical framework for the creative design of urban planning and tourism resources on both sides of the Binhai Avenue The actual implementation practices.
