涎液为机体生理性体液之一,已知有帮助消化、抵御病原性微生物等作用。据近代研究,发现涎液为机体防御机制中重要之一环,与胰岛素内分泌系统也有密切关系。许多系统性疾病均可使涎液的电解质、免疫球蛋白等成份发生明显改变。涎液生理、生化、病理学之研究正日益深入,现就涎液免疫球蛋白、涎液激素和涎液电解质等方面作一概述。
Salivary fluid is one of the physiological body fluids known to help digestion, to resist the role of pathogenic microorganisms. According to modern research, found that salivary fluid is an important part of the body's defense mechanism, and the insulin endocrine system are also closely related. Many systemic diseases can make a significant change in the salivary fluid electrolytes, immunoglobulins and other components.
