传统的组织能力演化观点主要关注基于惯例的行为逻辑,在很大程度上忽视了认知因素对于能力演化的影响。要想全面、完整地理解组织能力的演化机理,就应该更加细致地把握组织微观层次的认知与行为。本文从组织能力演化惯例视角与认知视角的关系、管理者认知对于组织能力演化的作用以及影响组织能力演化的认知模式三个方面,对组织能力演化的微观认知机制研究成果进行了梳理与总结,并对后续研究进行了展望。
Traditional viewpoints of organizational capacity evolution mainly focus on the behaviorally-based behavioral logic, largely ignoring the influence of cognitive factors on the evolution of capabilities. To fully and completely understand the evolution mechanism of organizational capabilities, we should grasp the cognitive and behavioral aspects of the organizational micro level more carefully. In this paper, the research results on the microscopic cognitive mechanism of the evolution of organizational capabilities are analyzed from three aspects: the relationship between organizational capacity evolutionary conventions and cognitive perspectives, the role of managers’ cognition in the evolution of organizational capabilities and the cognitive modes that influence the evolution of organizational capabilities Sort out and summarize, and prospect the follow-up research.
