目的:观察急性胰腺炎大鼠胰腺微血管有关参数的变化。方法:采用雨蛙素皮下注射诱发大鼠急性水肿性胰腺炎模型,利用计算机图像分析系统对墨汁灌注组织透明切片的胰腺微血管有关参数进行了测定。结果:图像分析结果提示,急性胰腺炎时参与灌流的胰腺毛细血管数量减少,毛细血管和小叶间静脉趋向于扩张,而小叶间动脉先收缩后扩张。结论:急性胰腺炎时胰腺微血管特别是毛细血管灌流存在淤滞和缺血/再灌注损伤,其结果是导致胰腺微循环障碍,并与胰腺炎病变程度密切相关。
Objective: To observe the changes of pancreatic microvascular parameters in rats with acute pancreatitis. Methods: A rat model of acute edematous pancreatitis was induced by subcutaneous injection of rasagin and the relevant parameters of pancreas microvessels of transparent ink-perfusion tissue were measured by computer image analysis system. Results: The results of image analysis suggested that the number of capillaries involved in perfusion in acute pancreatitis decreased, the capillaries and interlobular veins tended to dilate, and the interlobular arteries contract first and then dilated. Conclusions: There is stasis and ischemia / reperfusion injury in the pancreas microvessels, especially the capillary perfusion in acute pancreatitis. The result is pancreatic microcirculation disturbance, which is closely related to the degree of pancreatitis.
