建筑物荷载不仅使建筑物地基土产生压缩变形,而且由于基底压力扩散的影响,在相邻范围内的土层,也将产生压缩变形。若建筑物的地基土质为软土地基,当两建筑物之间距离较近时,常常造成邻近建筑的倾斜或损坏。本文从设计与施工两方面探讨了产生地基不均匀沉降的因素及防治措施,并列举了相邻建筑物荷载对基础影响的因素及处理措施。
Building loads not only compress and deform the building foundation soil, but also compressive deformation in the soil layer in the adjacent area due to the influence of substrate pressure diffusion. If the foundation of a building is a soft soil foundation, when the distance between the two buildings is relatively short, the inclination or damage of the adjacent building is often caused. In this paper, the factors that cause uneven subsidence of foundation and the prevention and cure measures are discussed in terms of design and construction. The factors that affect the adjacent buildings’ loads on the foundation and the treatment measures are also listed.
