目的:采用分光光度法测定中药样品中铝的含量。方法:以水杨基荧光酮做显色剂、溴化十六烷基三甲胺为增敏剂,用氨—氯化铵缓冲溶液(pH=10)与铝反应来测定黄芪、白术、防风等3种中药中的铝含量。结果:在波长558 nm处,用紫外分光光度法对浓度在0~0.4μg/ml范围内的铝标准溶液进行吸光度测定,结果表明其吸光度与浓度有良好的线性关系,方法操作简单,精确度高,适用于测定中药中的铝含量,样品回收率在95%~99%。
Objective: To determine the content of aluminum in traditional Chinese medicine samples by spectrophotometry.
