目的:探讨醒脑静注射液对脑出血术后患者脑代谢的影响。方法:选择40例脑出血术后患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,行桡动脉和颈内静脉血气分析及血糖、血乳酸、血红蛋白监测,计算动-颈内静脉血糖差、颈内静脉-动脉乳酸差以及脑氧摄取率,观察其动态变化及两组间的差别。结果:治疗前两组数据相比无明显差异(P>0.05),在治疗第1天,两组动-颈内静脉血糖差及颈内静脉-动脉乳酸差无差别(P>0.05),治疗组脑氧摄取率低于对照组(P<0.05);在治疗第3、5、7天,治疗组动-颈内静脉血糖差及脑氧摄取率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组颈内静脉-动脉乳酸差低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:醒脑静注射液可以明显改善脑出血术后患者脑水肿期的脑氧摄取率及动-颈内静脉血糖差,降低颈内静脉-动脉乳酸差。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Xingnaojing injection on brain metabolism in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: Forty patients with intracerebral hemorrhage were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Blood gas analysis of radial artery and internal jugular vein, blood glucose, blood lactate and hemoglobin were performed. - arterial lactate and brain oxygen uptake rate, to observe its dynamic changes and the difference between the two groups. Results: Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). On the first day of treatment, there was no difference between the two groups in the blood glucose level of the arterio - internal jugular vein and the difference of the internal carotid artery - arterial lactate (P> 0.05) (P <0.05). On the 3rd, 5th and 7th day of treatment, the blood glucose level and brain oxygen uptake rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05) Group jugular vein - arterial lactate difference was lower than the control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion: Xingnaojing injection can significantly improve cerebral edema after cerebral hemorrhage cerebral encephalic oxygen uptake rate and dynamic - jugular venous blood glucose and reduce jugular vein - artery lactic acid.
