推力多路测量在火箭发动机静止试验中具有重要意义,多路测量最好采用多路输出的推力传感器。本文对管状弹性测力敏感元件进行了应力分析,发现侧向干扰力对横向应变影响很大,这是影响测力精度的主要原因。根据试验结果,确定了应变计在应变管表面的合理粘贴位置,基本消除了侧向力的影响,实现了推力两路测量,并提高了测试的精确度。
Thrust multi-channel measurement in rocket engine static test is of great significance, multi-channel measurement of the best multi-output thrust sensor. In this paper, the stress analysis of the tubular elastic force-sensing element is carried out. It is found that the lateral disturbance has a great influence on the transverse strain, which is the main reason that affects the accuracy of the force measurement. According to the test results, the reasonable position of strain gauge on the surface of strain tube was confirmed, the influence of lateral force was basically eliminated, the two-way thrust measurement was realized and the accuracy of test was improved.
