我们服装二厂是全市较大的服装厂之一。产品以高档男装为主,行销港澳、日本、美国、加拿大等十几个国家和地区。目前国内外市场服装的档次质量要求越来越高,款式频繁更新。但我厂工人的技术水平跟不上形势需要,四级以下的工人占职工总数的67%,直接影响我厂生产的发展,职工队伍的技术素质亟待提高。我厂有计划地开展工人培训工作起步比较早,从75年到现在持之以恒。在教学、教材、师资、经费等方面逐步完善,并取得了一定的效果。我们在培训工作中注意了基础工作。根据我厂的情况,研究确定了培训的方向和目标;制定了严格的规章制度;建立健全了组织机构;认真编写了教材;择优选用了教师;并且还注意及时准确地搜集培训工作中的各项数据、经验、教训及企业经济效益的增长情况。
Our garment factory is one of the larger garment factories in the city. Products mainly to high-end men, marketing Hong Kong and Macao, Japan, the United States, Canada, more than 10 countries and regions. Currently the quality of the domestic and international market, the quality of clothing is getting higher and higher, frequently updated models. However, the technical level of our factory workers can not keep up with the situation. Workers below the rank of four account for 67% of the total number of employees, which directly affects the development of our factory’s production. The technical quality of the workforce needs to be improved urgently. I plant a planned start of worker training started earlier, from 75 years to now persevere. Gradually improve in teaching, teaching materials, teachers, funding, and achieved some results. We paid attention to the basic work in training. According to the situation of our factory, the research determined the direction and goal of training; formulated strict rules and regulations; established and perfected the organization; conscientiously compiled the teaching materials; preferred the selection of teachers; and also paid attention to the timely and accurate collection of training Data, experience, lessons learned and economic growth of enterprises.
