目的研究天名精属植物暗花金挖耳Carpesium triste的化学成分。方法利用硅胶色谱和Sephadex LH-20色谱方法进行分离纯化,应用NMR等方法鉴定结构。结果从暗花金挖耳全草中分离得到8个化合物,其中包括2个倍半萜类化合物,分别鉴定为4α-羟基-9β,10β-环氧-1βH,5αH-愈创木-11(13)-烯-8α,12-内酯(1)、天名精内酯酮(2);6个甾醇类化合物,分别鉴定为豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、豆甾醇(4)、5α,8α-环二氧-24(S)-甲基麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β-醇(5)、5α,8α-环二氧-24(S)-甲基麦角甾-6,9(11),22-三烯-3β-醇(6)、β-谷甾醇(7)和β-胡萝卜苷(8)。结论以上8个化合物均为首次从暗花金挖耳中分离得到,其中化合物1的13C-NMR数据为首次报道。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Carpesium triste from the genus Hymenoptera. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography. The structures were identified by NMR and other methods. Results Eight compounds, including 2 sesquiterpenoids, were isolated from Allium sativus L. and identified as 4α-hydroxy-9β, 10β-epoxy-1βH, 5αH- ) -evane-8α, 12-lactone (1) and celanexone (2), and six sterols were identified as stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside (S) -methyl ergostat-6,22-dien-3β-ol (5), 5a, 8a-Cyclooxy- 24 (S) Methyl ergostat-6,9 (11), 22-trien-3β-ol (6), β-sitosterol (7) and β-daucosterol (8). CONCLUSION The above 8 compounds were isolated from the dodecandrum ear for the first time. Among them, 13C-NMR data of compound 1 were reported for the first time.
