随着分子生物学、免疫学、临床医学等相关学科的发展,越来越多的治疗多发性骨髓瘤(MM)的方法被采用,但是目前仍然缺乏一种彻底治愈MM的方法。树突细胞(DC)是目前功能最强的抗原呈递细胞,与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。近年来,利用DC疫苗治疗MM已进行了很多尝试并在动物实验和临床试验中取得了一定的疗效。现就DC免疫治疗MM的机制以及MM疫苗的各种类型、制备方法和应用前景予以综述。
With the development of related disciplines such as molecular biology, immunology and clinical medicine, more and more methods for treating multiple myeloma (MM) have been adopted, but a method of completely curing MM is still lacking. Dendritic cells (DCs) are currently the most potent antigen-presenting cells and are closely related to tumorigenesis and development. In recent years, the use of DC vaccine has been a lot of MM experiments and animal experiments and clinical trials have achieved some results. The mechanism of DC immunotherapy MM and various types of MM vaccine, preparation methods and application prospects are summarized.
