目的建立简单、快速的HPLC法测定薄叶鸢尾中5种异黄酮的方法。方法采用HPLC法,Kromasil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为0.5%磷酸-乙腈梯度洗脱,体积流量为1 mL/min,检测波长为269 nm。结果 5种异黄酮在线性范围内线性关系良好,精密度、重现性良好,回收率符合要求。结论该检测方法准确灵敏,适用于薄叶鸢尾中鸢尾苷、德鸢尾双糖苷、野鸢尾黄素、次野鸢尾黄素、德鸢尾苷元5种异黄酮的测定。
Objective To establish a simple and rapid HPLC method for the determination of five isoflavones in Iris. Methods The HPLC method was used on a Kromasil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was eluted with a 0.5% phosphoric acid-acetonitrile gradient. The volume flow rate was 1 mL / min and the detection wavelength was 269 nm. Results The five isoflavones had good linearity within the linear range, good precision and good reproducibility, and the recovery rate was satisfactory. Conclusion The method is accurate and sensitive, and is suitable for the determination of five isoflavones in the leaves of Iris indica, Iris glycosides, wild iris, Iridosides and Tertin.
