[目的]探讨美洲大蠊提取物CⅡ-3对H22肝癌小鼠肿瘤生长的抑制作用及其机制。[方法]将50只昆明种小鼠接种H22肝癌细胞,随机分为模型组、阳性组以及CⅡ-3低、中、高剂量组,比较各组抑瘤率、脏器指数以及VEGF含量。[结果]高剂量CⅡ-3对H22荷瘤小鼠肿瘤的生长有明显的抑制作用(61.41%),并且能降低小鼠血清中VEGF的含量(361.72±101.84ng/L)。[结论]CⅡ-3能抑制H22肝癌小鼠肿瘤的生长,并对肝癌小鼠的免疫器官有一定程度的保护作用,其机制可能与下调VEGF的表达而抑制肿瘤血管生成有关。
[Objective] To investigate the inhibitory effect of C Ⅱ-3 from Periplaneta americana on tumor growth in H22 hepatoma mice and its mechanism. [Method] Fifty Kunming mice were inoculated with H22 hepatoma cells and randomly divided into model group, positive group and CⅡ-3 low, medium and high dose groups. The inhibitory rate of tumor, organ index and VEGF content in each group were compared. [Results] The high dose of CⅡ-3 significantly inhibited the tumor growth of H22 tumor-bearing mice (61.41%), and decreased the serum VEGF (361.72 ± 101.84ng / L). [Conclusion] CⅡ-3 can inhibit the growth of H22 hepatoma mice and protect the immune organs of HCC mice to a certain extent. The mechanism may be related to down-regulating the expression of VEGF and inhibiting tumor angiogenesis.
