结合中国的实际情况,提出了控制柔性基层沥青路面基层永久变形和路面车辙的设计指标。利用黏弹性层状体系美国计算程序KENPAVE进行了力学参数分析。通过1STOPT软件统计回归,建立了路面理论弯沉值与土基顶面压应变和半刚性基层顶面径向压应力之间的回归公式;根据中国2006年规范的弯沉值设计公式进行推导,建立了高等级公路土基顶面压应变和半刚性基层顶面径向压应力的设计方程,并通过相关系数检验表进行比较,论证了所建立的柔性基层设计方程的可信性。
According to the actual situation in China, the design indexes for controlling the permanent deformation of the asphalt pavement base and the rutting of the pavement are put forward. The mechanical parameters of KENPAVE were calculated using the viscoelastic layered system. Based on the statistic regression of 1STOPT software, the regression formula between the pavement deflection theory and the compressive strain on the top of soil foundation and the radial compressive stress on the top surface of semi-rigid foundation was established. According to the formula of China’s 2006 deflection formula, The design equation of top soil compressive strain and radial compressive stress on semi-rigid basement of high-grade highway is set up, and the reliability of the design equation of the flexible basement established is verified by the correlation coefficient test table.
