本文阐述了在微粉碎过程中,用硬脂酸作表面改性剂对硅灰石进行表面改性的研究,并采用了渗透法、沉降法、付里叶变换红外吸收光谱仪和综合热分析仪等测试方法,定性和定量地检测了经改性的硅灰石粉体。结果表明,这种简便易行的改性方法,明显地提高了硅灰石粉体与高聚物的相容性,使硅灰石由亲水转变为亲油。
This paper describes the surface modification of wollastonite with stearic acid as surface modifier in the process of micro-pulverization, and uses the infiltration method, sedimentation method, Fourier transform infrared absorption spectrometer and integrated thermal analyzer And other testing methods, qualitative and quantitative detection of the modified wollastonite powder. The results show that this simple and easy modification method can obviously improve the compatibility of wollastonite powder and polymer, and make the wollastonite transform from hydrophilic to lipophilic.
