患者,女,48岁。发现颈部肿物8年余。开始如核桃大,近1个月来增长迅速,伴憋气、疼痛、声音嘶哑,于1978年1月24日入院。体检:颈前可扪及肿块10×6cm,质硬,分叶状,随吞咽可有轻度上、下活动,右侧肿物上缘可触及一肿大淋巴结,约1.5×1.5cm。X片见气管左移。术中见右侧甲状腺约4×3.5cm大小,质硬,与颈内静脉,颈总动脉及食
Patient, female, 48 years old. Found neck mass more than 8 years. At the beginning, such as walnuts, grew rapidly in the past one month, accompanied by hernia, pain, hoarseness, and was admitted to hospital on January 24, 1978.
