目的:观察复宫宁颗粒对子宫内膜异位症(EMT)卵巢功能及血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死细胞因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血管内皮细胞因子(VEGF)及脂联素(APN)的影响。方法:将150例EMT患者随机分为观察组及对照组各75例,对照组患者给予妈富隆联合达菲林治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予复宫宁颗粒治疗,治疗时间为1个月,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率为96.00%,对照组总有效率为80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后血清雌二醇(E2)、卵泡雌激素(FSH)、VEGF、IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平显著低于对照组,APN水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复宫宁颗粒能有效抑制EMT患者炎症因子分泌及血管内皮增生,改善患者卵巢功能,提高疗效。
Objective: To observe the effects of Fu-Gong-ning Granules on ovarian function, serum levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in patients with endometriosis (EMT) hs-CRP), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and adiponectin (APN). Methods: One hundred and fifty patients with EMT were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 75 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Marvelon plus Tamiflu, and the observation group was given Fufangning granulation on the basis of the control group. The treatment time was 1 month , Comparing the treatment effect of two groups of patients. Results: The total effective rate was 96.00% in the observation group and 80.00% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The levels of serum estradiol (E2), follicular estrogen (FSH), VEGF, IL-6, TNF-α and hs-CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ). Conclusion: Fu-Gong-ning particles can effectively inhibit the secretion of inflammatory cytokines and vascular endothelial proliferation in patients with EMT, improve ovarian function in patients with improved efficacy.
