公安人才的培养是公安高校服务于公安工作的关键。本文通过分析 2 1世纪公安人才的基本要素 ,以及知识经济条件下对公安专门人才的具体要求 ,提出了公安高校人才培养的举措即注重加强素质教育 ;拓宽课程设置范围 ,更新教学内容 ,改革教学方法 ;强化教师自身素质培养与训练 ;加强公安高校与公安基层组织和社会的密切合作。
The cultivation of public security personnel is the key to public security work in public security colleges and universities. By analyzing the basic elements of public security personnel in the 21st century and the specific requirements of public security specialists under the condition of knowledge-based economy, this paper puts forward the measures of personnel training in public security colleges, that is, focusing on strengthening quality education, broadening the scope of curriculum, updating teaching contents and reforming teaching Methods; to strengthen teachers’ own quality training and training; to strengthen the public security colleges and grassroots organizations and the public’s close cooperation.
