α-糜蛋白酶是一种水解蛋白酶,具有清洁创面和消除炎症后纤维组织的作用。临床上常用于眼科及外科等某些疾病的治疗,绝大多数人无不良反应。我们遇到1例严重过敏者,报道如下: 病历摘要于某,女,31岁。于1983年9月做绝育手术,40天后,因急性阑尾炎而再做阑尾切除术。术后20天,常感右下腹隐痛,疼痛加重时右下腹有包块出现,痛缓解后则包块消退,诊断肠粘连。1984年5月29日起用α-糜蛋白酶(系通辽生物化学制药厂出品,批号82119,有效期5年)肌肉注射
