随着经济和科技的进一步发展,对体育教学的重视程度也越来越高。体育锻炼不仅可以提高人们的身体素质,而且对心理健康也有一定的促进作用。篮球作为体育锻炼项目中的重要组成部分,越来越受到人们的重视,尤其是高校的学生们。他们通过篮球运动来提高自身素质,同时篮球运动也可以提升整个团队的协调能力及合作精神。在终身体育倡导背景下,篮球运动有比较大的发展空间,篮球运动员经过训练能够快速提升自己的篮球素质。本文主要探讨了高校篮球队短期训练模式,仅供高校篮球教学改革研究参考。
With the further development of economics and science and technology, the emphasis on physical education is also getting higher and higher. Physical exercise can not only improve people’s physical fitness, but also to promote mental health. Basketball as an important part of physical exercise project, more and more people’s attention, especially college students. They improve their quality through basketball, and basketball can also improve the team’s coordination and cooperation. In lifelong sports advocacy background, basketball has more room for development, basketball players through training can quickly improve their basketball quality. This article mainly discusses the short-term training mode of college basketball team, which is only for the reference of college basketball reform.
