高技能人才培养模式是目前高职教育发展的关键性问题之一,而旅游管理作为应用性、实践性很强的专业,创新现有人才培养模式势在必行。本文从探讨苏州市旅游管理专业的人才培养模式,将其人才培养目标融入到苏州市高技能人才工作总体部署,结合苏州市社会经济和企业发展实际需求以及目前苏州市高职高专旅游管理专业培训资源的现状,对培养目标、专业设置、课程模式、教学设计、培养途径模式等因素进行优化组合,寻求最佳的符合实际的人才培养模式,提高苏州市旅游管理专业学生的就业竞争力。
High-skilled personnel training mode is one of the key issues in the development of higher vocational education at present. As a practical and practical professional, tourism management is imperative to innovate the present personnel training mode. This article discusses the talent training mode of tourism management specialty in Suzhou City and integrates its goal of personnel training into the overall deployment of highly skilled personnel in Suzhou City. Based on the actual needs of social economy and enterprise development in Suzhou City and the current tourism management specialty of Suzhou Higher Vocational Education Training resources, the training objectives, professional settings, curriculum model, teaching design, training mode and other factors to optimize the combination of seeking the best practical training model to improve the tourism management of Suzhou City, the employment competitiveness of students.
