一种自焙炭块的显气孔率和体积密度

采用浸渍法测定了具有不同石墨化率自焙炭块的体积密度和显气孔率,并与其它炭块进行了比较.结果表明:在实验温度范围内体积密度和显气孔率基本不随温度变化;在恒温时间内,二者基本与恒温时间无关.据实验结果,讨论了不同条件下自焙炭块的电阻率与温度和时间的关系 The volume density and apparent porosity of self-baking carbon blocks with different graphitization rates were determined by impregnation method and compared with other carbon blocks. The results show that the bulk density and apparent porosity hardly change with the temperature in the experimental temperature range. In the constant temperature time, the two have nothing to do with the constant temperature time. According to the experimental results, the relationship between resistivity and temperature and time of self-baking charcoal under different conditions is discussed
