1989年我们同市审计局联合对基层企事业的工会财务工作,进行了一年多的联审联查,收到了显著效果。我们的工作体会是: 一、层层发动,宣传动员,是搞好联审联查的基础。我们和市审计局进行联审联查工会经费是一项新的工作,其重要性还不为人们所认识,对审计的内容、方法,范围也不甚了解,因此必须反复地宣传讲清审计程序,明确意义,提高财务人员的思想认识.给联审联查工作打下了良好的基础。二、取得审计部门的支持,是搞好联审联查的关键。工会同审计部门联审联查是依靠审计部门,依法进行审计、检查,这样就具有权威性。在市总工会组织召开的联席会议上,市审计局的领导亲自参加会议,并讲了三条意见:①各单位要对这次联审联查工作重要议事日程,积极配合工会做好联审联查工作;②要建立机构,作出安排,指定专人负责抓,③各局
