用失重法研究六次甲基四胺对钢在盐酸溶液中温度为30~40℃时的缓蚀作用,应用吸附理论处理数据,发现六次甲基四胺自盐酸溶液中在钢表面上产生了吸附,求得吸附熵为0.21kJ·mol-1.吸附焓为55.48kJ·mol-1,可认为这种吸附是产生缓蚀作用的重要原因.实验还表明:随温度升高,缓蚀率升高.
The effect of hexamethylenetetramine on corrosion inhibition of steel in hydrochloric acid solution at 30 ~ 40 ℃ was studied by weight loss method. The adsorption theory was used to treat the data. It was found that hexamethylenetetramine was produced on steel surface from hydrochloric acid solution Adsorption, adsorption entropy obtained 0.21kJ · mol-1. The enthalpy of adsorption is 55.48kJ · mol-1, which can be considered as an important reason for corrosion inhibition. Experiments also show that: with increasing temperature, corrosion inhibition rate increased.
