《筑路机械与施工机械化》杂志二届二次编委会于1992年5月15日至23日在福建省公路局召开。参加会议的有二届编委会成员及部份省市公路局领导和专家共33人,杂志名誉主任委员、交通部副部长郑光迪也参加了会议,并就今后如何办好杂志,办出特色作了重要讲话。会议由钟良筠同志主持,编辑部金绍利同志向与会代表作了1989年
The second edition of the second edition of the “Road Construction Machinery and Construction Mechanization” magazine was held on May 15-23, 1992 at the Fujian Provincial Highway Bureau. At the meeting, there were 33 members of the editorial board and leaders and experts of some provincial and municipal roads bureaus. Zheng Guangdi, honorary director of the magazine and deputy director of the Ministry of Communications, also attended the conference and provided features for how to run a good magazine in the future. Made an important speech. The meeting was hosted by Comrade Zhongliang Liang and Comrade Jin Shaoli of the Editorial Department made a presentation to the delegates in 1989.
