高校体育场馆通过推行体育运营销模式,在提高场馆利用率的同时,也加强了学校与社会之间的联系,不仅增强其服务社会的功能、扩大其社会影响力,同时也推动了社会体育的和谐发展。为提升高校体育场馆运营的效果,文章认为可采取的策略为:首先必须立足学校、满足教学、服务社会,其次要整合资源,拓宽服务范围,关键是要打造一支高素质高能力的管理队伍,在外域成功经验的基础上,通过建立信息服务平台,树立优质服务意识。
