文章基于企业人力资源管理视阈,以应用电子生产管理、技术服务、研发设计等岗位群为线条的知识、专业技能、管理技能、素质的职业能力素质模型。根据职业能力素质模型,确定了培养生产管理、技术服务、研发设计三层次目标,开发由公共基础、专业基础、生产制造、技术服务、设计开发等课程模块构成的行动导向的“层次化,模块化”课程体系,并将学生素质培养贯穿始终,以期实现企业人力资源需求与职业教育人力资源供给之间的“零距离”对接。
