英语阅读是培养和提高学生英语阅读理解能力的重要途径之一,然而传统的英语教学存在诸多不足之处,严重影响了学生英语阅读能力水平的提升。针对传统英语教学中的不足,新课改提出了英语教学合作学习模式的新概念,合作学习英语有利于学生体验学习乐趣,树立学习自信,培养团队合作与竞争意识,以及提高英语阅读能力。
English reading is one of the important ways to train and improve students ’reading comprehension. However, there are many shortcomings in traditional English teaching, which has seriously affected the improvement of students’ English reading ability. Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional English teaching, the new curriculum reform puts forward a new concept of cooperative learning mode in English teaching. Cooperative learning of English helps students to experience the fun of learning, fosters self-confidence in learning, fosters awareness of teamwork and competition, and improves reading ability in English.
