类风湿性关节炎(Rheumatoid,arthritis)是以慢性对称性多关节炎为主要表现的一种全身性疾病。目前对此尚无特殊的治疗方法。近年一些新老药新物用于该病治疗,效果显著。现综述如下。 1 巯甲丙脯酸 巯甲丙脯酸有免疫抑制作用,它可部分抑制B淋巴细胞反应,诱导抑制T淋巴细胞传递,与前列腺素无关。此外,巯甲丙脯酸的分子结构具有D-青霉素的特征,即含有巯基,故对类风湿性关节炎有缓解作用。Martin等用巯甲丙脯酸剂量初始为75mg/d(分2～3次服)。首剂量于睡前服,其后逐周增加25mg,至最大剂量为150mg,有副作用者适当调整剂量,连续48周。治疗类风湿性关节炎15例,结果:显效7例,有效3例,无效5例,总有效率67％。李露言亦报道,用巯甲丙脯酸治疗本病15例,取得满意效果。
