通过对家蝇神经系统NaKATPase性质的研究,表明NaKATPase反应的适宜pH值为70~80,适温为35~40℃,Km为022mmol/L,Vmax为55556nmol/(mg·min)。比较测定了家蝇敏感品系、DelR、2ClR抗性品系的NaKATPase活性及溴氰菊酯和氯菊酯对该酶的抑制作用。实验证明,敏感与抗性品系间NaKATPase活力无显著的差异,但溴氰菊酯和氯菊酯对不同家蝇品系NaKATPase的抑制作用有明显区别,两种拟除虫菊酯可抑制敏感家蝇品系NaKATPase的活性,而对抗性品系无明显的抑制作用。
Through the research on the properties of NaKATPase in the nervous system of housefly, the suitable pH value of NaKATPase reaction was 7.080, suitable temperature was 35-40 ℃, Km was 0.22mmol / L , Vmax 555 56nmol / (mg · min). The activity of NaKATPase in DelR and 2ClR resistant strains of housefly susceptible strains and the inhibitory effect of deltamethrin and permethrin on this enzyme were compared. Experiments show that there is no significant difference in NaKATPase activity between sensitive and resistant strains, but deltamethrin and permethrin have significant differences on the inhibitory effect of NaKATPase on different strains of domestic flies. Two kinds of pyrethrum Ester inhibited the activity of NaKATPase in sensitive housefly lines, while the antagonistic lines had no obvious inhibitory effect.
