香菇(Lentinula edodes)航天搭载菌株Cr-04-DZ、H_7-DZ分别与对照菌株Cr-04、H_7之间形成不明显的拮抗线。Cr-04-DZ的气生菌丝较Cr-04发达,而H_7-DZ菌株的情形则相反。搭载菌株25℃下菌落生长速度显著大于对照菌株。在以蔗糖、麦芽糖和葡萄糖为碳源的培养基上,Cr-04-DZ菌落生长速度大于Cr-04;H_7-DZ在5种供试碳源培养基上菌落生长速度均显著大于H_7。在以尿素和氯化铵为氮源的培养基上,H_7-DZ菌落生长速度明显大于H_7。但在7种供试氮源培养基上,Cr-04-DZ与Cr-04菌落生长速度没有显著差异。
The Lentinula edodes space-borne strains Cr-04-DZ and H_7-DZ, respectively, formed an obvious antagonistic line with the control strains Cr-04 and H_7. The aerial mycelium of Cr-04-DZ was more developed than that of Cr-04, while the H7-DZ strain was the opposite. The colonies growth rate at 25 ℃ was significantly higher than that of the control strain. The growth rate of Cr-04-DZ colonies was higher than that of Cr-04 on medium with sucrose, maltose and glucose as carbon sources. The colonies growth rate of H_7-DZ was significantly higher than that of H_7 on the five carbon sources. H_7-DZ colonies grow faster than H_7 in medium with urea and ammonium chloride as nitrogen source. However, there was no significant difference in the growth rate of Cr-04-DZ and Cr-04 colonies on the seven nitrogen sources tested.
