对45钢基体进行激光熔覆Ni包WC金属陶瓷涂层强化处理,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜-能谱分析(SEM-EDX)和透射电子显微镜(TEM),研究了激光熔覆Ni包WC涂层的显微组织和物相组成,并采用摩擦磨损试验和电化学测试系统研究了Ni包WC涂层的摩擦磨损性能和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,在激光熔覆Ni包WC金属陶瓷涂层中,WC陶瓷颗粒均匀分布在涂层的中部,与Ni基粘结相紧密结合。与45钢基体相比,熔覆层的耐磨性能提高了约15倍,摩擦系数降低了一半,耐腐蚀性能提高了近3倍。将激光熔覆Ni包WC涂层技术应用于抽油泵柱塞上,柱塞寿命提高了3倍以上,应用效果良好。
The laser treatment of 45 steel substrate by laser cladding Ni-coated WC cermet coating was studied. The effects of laser melting on the surface of 45 steel substrate were studied by XRD, SEM-EDX and TEM. The microstructure and phase composition of the Ni-coated WC coating were studied. The friction and wear properties and the corrosion resistance of the Ni-coated WC coating were investigated by means of frictional wear test and electrochemical test system. The results show that in the laser cladding Ni-coated WC cermet coating, the WC ceramic particles are evenly distributed in the middle of the coating and are tightly combined with the Ni-based binder phase. Compared with the 45 steel substrate, the wear resistance of the coating is increased by about 15 times, the friction coefficient is reduced by half and the corrosion resistance is improved by nearly 3 times. The laser clad Ni coating WC coating technology applied to the pump plunger, plunger life increased by more than 3 times, the application effect is good.
