抗辐照玻璃盖片是根据天津十八所用于硅太阳能电池保护罩玻璃而进行研制的。随着科学技术的发展,充分利用太阳能更好地为人类服务,太阳能电池就是其中之一。太阳能电池可将光能直接转换为电能。人造卫星上的能量就是利用太阳能电池来转换为电能。由于在宇宙空间中,电子、质子、射线等高能粒子的轰击及辐照等因素,使硅太阳能电池的输出功率和使用受到明显的影响。为此,在硅太阳能电池的表面复盖一层抗辐照玻璃来消除这种影响。主要技术指标:1.可见光透过率≥90%。2.在能量为1MeV的电子轰击下,原透光率下降<1.5%。3.密度d≤2.7g/cm~3。4.盖
