诸葛亮作为我国家喻户晓的人物,历来都被视作为智慧的化身,并且以其公正严明的法治思想为古今大家所称道。但是总体上而言,蜀汉法制并非“治法”。文章旨在分析蜀汉法制有“治人”“治行”而无“治法”的不足,以期能够对诸葛亮的法治思想和蜀汉法制更加全面客观的认识,对当今依法治国方略的实现具有借鉴和现实意义。
As a well-known figure in our country, Zhuge Liang has always been regarded as the incarnation of wisdom and honored by all people both ancient and modern with its fair and strict rule of law. However, generally speaking, Shu Han legal system is not “governing law ”. The purpose of this article is to analyze the deficiency of “governance ” and “governance ” in Shu ’s legal system in order to be able to have a more comprehensive and objective understanding of Zhuge Liang ’ s thoughts on the rule of law and Shu Han legal system, The realization of the strategy has reference and practical significance.
