目的探讨病案教学法在《方剂学》教学中的应用效果。方法实验班用病案教学法,对照班用传统教学法,分析教学效果。结果实验班93%学生认为病案教学法提高学习兴趣的效果为好,85%学生认为提高沟通能力效果为好,90%学生认为提高自主学习能力效果为好。实验组和对照组学生的理论考试成绩有显著性差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),病案考试成绩有显著性差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),总成绩有显著性差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论病案教学优于传统教学。
Objective To explore the application of medical record teaching method in the teaching of prescriptions. Methods The experimental class teaching method using the case, the control class with the traditional teaching methods, analysis of teaching effectiveness. Results 93% of the students in the experimental class think that the medical record teaching method can improve the learning interest, 85% of the students think it is better to improve the communication ability, and 90% of the students think it is better to improve the self-learning ability. There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the theoretical test scores (P <0.05), there was a significant difference between the scores of the medical records (P <0.01), the total score was statistically significant Significance (P <0.01). Conclusion The medical record is better than the traditional teaching.
