目的研究阿司匹林对灯盏细辛注射液(DI)中咖啡酸的药代动力学的影响。方法 LC-MS/MS测定大鼠血浆中咖啡酸浓度,实验动物分为对照组和实验组,对照组单独尾静脉给予DI,实验组尾静脉给予DI及灌胃给予阿司匹林。DAS 1.0药动学软件计算药动学参数。结果 DI单独给药、DI-阿司匹林联合给药,咖啡酸在体内代谢动力学模型均为二室开放模型,联合给药后,咖啡酸的T12β明显增大,CL有所减小。结论阿司匹林可减慢咖啡酸在体内的代谢过程。
Objective To study the effect of aspirin on the pharmacokinetics of caffeic acid in Dengzhanxixin Injection (DI). Methods The concentration of caffeic acid in rat plasma was determined by LC-MS / MS. The experimental animals were divided into control group and experimental group. The control group received DI only from the caudal vein, DI from the tail vein and aspirin intragastrically. DAS 1.0 pharmacokinetic software calculates pharmacokinetic parameters. Results DI alone, DI-aspirin combination, caffeic acid in vivo pharmacokinetic model are two-compartment open model, combined administration, caffeic acid T12β significantly increased, CL decreased. Conclusion Aspirin can slow down the metabolism of caffeic acid in the body.
