“宜阳模式”很有特点:一是专业分工做得很深。从组织到业务、从流程到职能,专业分工渗透方方面面,一直细化到经营的最边缘和最末端。在我的视线里,宜阳的专业化分工是做得最细、最彻底的单位之一。二是企业管控做得很好。他们在专业化管理的基础上,通过作业分解、交叉管理,巧妙地建立起专业间的利益互联和相互监督机制,提高了企业的自我控制能力。
“Yiyang mode ” is very characteristic: First, professional division of labor done very deep.
