辽81—5052大豆是以铁丰8号为母本,铁7116—10—3品系(有日本+胜长叶血缘)为父本,进行复合有性杂交选育而成.于1981年决选品系,先后于院内进行品比试验,省内及北方四省区域试验、生产试验,以及省内西部地区大面积开发试种,均表现良好,增产显著.1984—1986三年省内区域试验,27个点次平均亩产154.6公斤,比对照品种增产14.1%;1986—1987两年北方四省区域试验,13个试点全部增产,平均亩产146.4公斤,比对照增产15.0%;1986—1987两年省内生严试验,16个点平均亩产187.6公斤,比铁丰18号增产22.3%;1988年北方四省生产试验12个点全部增产;1988年在辽宁西部地区进行大面积示范,据锦西市不完全统计,659亩平均亩产183.0公斤.
