穆斯堡尔谱学是新近发展的一种谱学技术,由于穆斯堡尔效应具有能量分辨本领高,测量方法简便,在基础学科研究和应用研究方面有着广泛应用。本文阐述了穆谱学中基本的参数,同质异能移,四极分裂,超精细场等。并通过对5Ni钢的应用,腐蚀产物分析,居里温度的测定等实例,介绍了穆斯堡尔谱学在材料分析中定量相分析,残余奥氏体的测定,同一相中不同原子和电子组态的分析,表面分析及磁性材料研究等方面的应用。
Mossbauer spectroscopy is a newly developed spectroscopic technique. Because of its high energy resolving power and its simple measuring method, Mossbauer spectroscopy has been widely used in basic disciplinary research and applied research. This article describes the basic parameters of the Mu spectroscopy, the same energy shift, quadrupole, hyperfine fields. And by the application of 5Ni steel, the analysis of corrosion products, the determination of Curie temperature and other examples, the quantitative analysis of Mossbauer spectroscopy in materials analysis, determination of retained austenite, different atoms and electrons in the same phase Configuration analysis, surface analysis and magnetic materials research applications.
