噪声危害是火电厂比较突出、影响较大的职业性有害因素。据调查,目前火电厂大约有20%~30%的职工暴露在强噪声条件下从事生产与施工,主要生产设备如球磨机、给水泵等噪声强度可达100~114dB(A)。为了科学直观地反映火电厂噪声作业环境,本文运用生产性噪声作业分级方法对火电厂作业环境进行定量评价,以便对火电厂的噪声作业环境进行科学的、量化的监督与管理。
Noise hazards are more prominent thermal power plant, a greater impact on occupational hazards. According to the survey, about 20% -30% of workers in thermal power plants are exposed to strong noise to engage in production and construction. The noise intensity of main production equipment such as ball mill and water supply pump can reach 100 ~ 114dB (A). In order to reflect the noise operation environment of thermal power plant scientifically and intuitively, this paper uses the production noise operation classification method to quantitatively evaluate the operation environment of thermal power plant in order to carry out scientific and quantitative supervision and management on the noise operation environment of thermal power plant.
