HX_D3型机车是我国目前广泛运用的大功率交流传动6轴7 200 kW干线电力机车,自2007年投入运用以来多次发生机车弹簧停车制动装置故障,导致运用机车轮对擦伤剥离,严重影响机车正常运用,缩短了轮对使用寿命。现从HX_D3型机车弹簧停车制动装置设计原理、控制系统及运用条件出发,深入分析了弹簧停车制动装置动作导致轮对擦伤剥离的原因,提出了解决措施和方案,通过实施取得了良好效果。
